• 3 mL serum. If the ANA screen is positive the test will reflex in 3 stages to the following; Stage 1 includes SM/RNP,RNP,SM Ab,Chromatin,DNA-ds. Stage 2 reflexes from Stage 1 and includes SS-A IgG,SS-B IgG,Jo-1, and Scl-70. Stage 3 reflexes from Stage 2 and includes Ribosomal P protein Ab and Centromere Ab.
